Creative Movement (3-5 years): This class is designed for our littlest ballet dancers who love to move and explore the fundamentals of dance in an energetic and supportive environment. Creative Movement focuses on teaching confidence and coordination, while helping young dancers understand the relationship between dance and music.

Pre-ballet (6-8 years): This class teaches young dancers about all things ballet! Pre-ballet focuses on proper ballet technique, alignment of the body, and terminology. Dancers will learn about the positions of the arms and feet through fun ballet combinations. This introduction to ballet class is where your dancer will gain confidence, build strength, and learn how to express themselves through movement.

Beginning/Intermediate Ballet (9-11): This class is designed to teach dancers about ballet in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. This Beginning/Intermediate Ballet class is perfect for dancers who have some prior experience. Dancers will be introduced to the fundamental positions, terminology, and movements of ballet through barre exercises, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations that help develop coordination, balance, posture, and musicality. This class is recommended for students who have taken ballet for 1 year.

Intermediate/Advanced Ballet: This class is designed for dancers who have a solid technical foundation and are ready to refine their skills. Intermediate/Advanced Ballet builds on classical ballet technique with an emphasis on strength, control, coordination, and musicality. Dancers will move through a full barre, followed by center work that includes adagio, pirouettes, petit and grand allegro. More complex combinations will challenge dancers to pick up on choreography quickly and dance with both precision and artistry. This class is recommended for students who have taken ballet for 3+ years.

Advanced Ballet: This class is designed for dancers with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of ballet terminology. Advanced Ballet dancers will engage in a rigorous, fast-paced class that emphasizes precision, artistry, and musicality. The class includes a full barre, complex center combinations, adagio, pirouettes, petit and grand allegro. Dancers are expected to demonstrate strong alignment, control, and clean technique, as well as the ability to learn and retain choreography. Emphasis is placed on performance quality, dynamics, and the development of personal expression. This class is recommended for students who have taken ballet for 4+ years.

Teen/Adult: Beginning Ballet: This class is designed for dancers who are band new to ballet or may be returning to ballet after time away. This Teen/Adult Beginning Ballet class is the perfect place to express yourself through movement in a fun, energetic, and supportive environment. Learn ballet terminology, body alignment, and ballet technique at your own pace while building strength, coordination, and flexibility.

Pointe 1: This class is designed for dancers who have a strong technical foundation and are ready for pointe work. Pointe 1 is a class that focuses on building the strength, balance, and coordination you need in order to dance safely en pointe. Through foot strengthening exercises, barre and center work, dancers will learn how to articulate their feet and use the correct muscle groups to dance en pointe. Dancers will be taught about the anatomy of the foot and how to build strength in the feet and ankles.

Pointe 2 With Variations: This class is designed for dancers who have a strong technical foundation and want to advance further in their pointe training. Pointe 2 focuses on maintaining the strength, balance, and coordination necessary for pointe, through barre, center, and across the floor exercises.
